Their love story began at the tender age of 15, when fate brought them together at a friend’s house. Catherine, first laid eyes on Andre, a shy and quiet soul who seemed to hold a world of mystery. Their paths crossed again years later, in 2016, at a bar owned by his cousin. Catherine was bartending that night when he stumbled in after a family wedding. Despite Catherine’s playful flirting, he was oblivious—perhaps because Catherine was in a relationship at the time.

Fast forward to the unexpected twist of the year 2020, where both of them found themselves single. They reconnected online and quickly began spending time together. It was during one of those magical moments that Andre made the first move for their first kiss, igniting a spark that had been waiting to be kindled.
The Proposal
Their journey reached a breathtaking pinnacle in Antigua. On the second to last night of their vacation, Andre surprised Catherine with a private dinner as the sun began to set. Just three days earlier, they had made an offer on their home, so the proposal was the last thing on her mind. But in that magical moment, as the sky turned to gold, he got down on one knee and said the words “It’s always been you.”. It was perfect—a moment Catherine & Andre will cherish forever.

For Andre, the moment Catherine first said “I love you” holds a special place in his heart. It was unexpected but felt so right, shared next door to their favorite spot, the Buoy Bar. Even though they hadn’t been dating long, Catherine knew he was everything she had always searched for in a partner.
